Check-in / Check-out policy:

Check-in from 14:00 until 12:00
Check-out from 7:00 until 11:00

For a quick and smooth check-in, please let us know the approximate time you would like to check-in. If you arrive after 22:00 and inform us between the reception's opening hours, we can prepare for your self-check-in with a key box, if you let us know prior.

Please make the online check-in if you do a key box check-in, and provide an e-mail address, where we can send the self-check-in information with video and pictures. We would like to kindly inform you that we can't guarantee the self-check-in if we don't get any information from your side until 22:00.

Group Policy:

A group booking is a simultaneous booking of 3 rooms, which is subject to different conditions than individual bookings. In case of a group booking, please send an inquiry to hello@rooftopcityresidence.com! When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

General policy:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our property only has non-smoking rooms. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole building. In Hungary, in accordance with the law, people can smoke only 5 meters from the building's entrance door. If you smoke in the room, 200€ fine will be your "reward" that you have to pay because of breaking the law.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian..

Please note a surcharge of 20 Euro may apply for arrivals after 22:00 if personal help is needed, for problems that arent' caused by the accommodation.

At our accommodation, it is possible to pay in cash (HUF, EUR) or by credit card (Master Card, Visa). In case of cash payment in Euros, please pay the exact amount, our accommodation can accept the return payment from 5 and 10 Euros.

Please note that bed sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. In case guests request a more frequent change, an additional fee of EUR 15 applies.

Breakfast is: Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 10:00
Saturday - Sunday: 7:30 - 10:30
It costs 15€/person/day.
